Putin’s imperialism in the ideological short circuit, based on what is already the largest territorial state on earth, wants to fraternize as an anti-colonial power, of all things, with the opinion-making of the masses in the more distant Third World. So yesterday, clearly in intention in his speech. This virally spurs on revanchism worldwide, if it doesn’t drive Putin completely into the wall.
